Has my order shipped?
  Finding out the status of your order is easy!
  • Just click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
  • Call us at 888-426-5001 anytime and we will be happy to check your order for you!
How do I make changes to my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

NOTE: Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be changed. Please email or call us at 888-426-5001 if you need to make changes after an order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
  Once we receive your order, we'll do our best to be sure it ships promptly, usually within 24-48 hours for in-stock items. One your order has been shipped, we will update your order status page with carrier and tracking number information. We will also sent an automatic email to your email address so you will always be kept up-to-date!

My order never arrived.
  First, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the carrier for your order to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please email or call us at 888-426-5001 anytime and we will be happy to check your order for you.

NOTE: Our orders often ship with more than one package as part of the full shipment. In some cases the carrier may deliver one package a day ahead of the others.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  First, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already, and without any backorders. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the carrier for your order to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please email or call us at 888-426-5001 anytime and we will be happy to check your order for you.

NOTE: Our orders often ship with more than one package as part of the full shipment. In some cases the carrier may deliver one package a day ahead of the others.
My product is missing parts.
  First, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

Be sure to check the contents of all parcels and packing carefully. In some cases smaller parts can be hidden in the packaging and inadvertently discarded.

If you are still unable to find the missing part or component, please
email or call us at 888-426-5001 anytime and we will be happy to check your order, and dispatch any missing parts right away for you.

When will my backorder arrive?
  First, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

We can usually estimate the arrival of a backordered product accurately based on previous experience. In some cases however, the arrival of a backordered product may be difficult to predict, particularly if the item is special ordered.
