Water Softener Installation |

The product was delivered on time and in good condition. For the most part, the on-line installation instructions were very easy to understand and accomplish. There were some issues in the programming of the valve for operations. After comparing the installation istructions and valve manual with the actual valve display, I think it has been programmed correctly. I also think the resin tank process of filling, venting and flushing could be improved.
Everything is connected and seems to be working (without any leaks). Since I just installed the unit, we'll have to wait and see how well it conditions the water. I expect it will be fine.

the 7000 softens water just fine .with the exception of cycling when it cycles you mite as well be away from home this thing will wake the dead you would think your in a hurricane i put a thick towel on it that really helped if you have any suggestions im listening

I could not be happier. Not only did I purchase a complete softener system for 1/4 the price of a Rainsoft, the shipping was free and I received the unit in 3 days. I am fairly handy with PVC plumbing and had my old Rainsoft removed and new Fleck in piped in in 1 hour. Waited 2 hours for the PVC glue to set and I was in business. Just set the time on the head unit and you are on your way to soft water. Love it!

I found the website very helpful and resourceful. The pricing was right on and the shipping was quick. I found all of the online documentation very helpful in my decision making and my installation. I think it is always helpful when a website has the installation/programming manual available before you buy so you can see all of the in's and out's before you buy. I will recommend both this product and this seller to anyone that ever asks!! Thank you
