I chose this softener to replace my 10 year old Culligan Medallist since you can not buy parts yourself or find any other softener repair service to service them. Only issue I had with install was I had to cut off their previous by-pass valve to copper plumbing, and then install two flex supply lines to the original new home pre-softener supply lines with 3-way valving. Still early on, but at least now if I need any service I can buy (if not covered under warranty) replacement "O" rings and do my own service or repairs!

We just installed our new Fleck water softener system two days ago (on 1/7/2012). So far it seems to be providing softened water. We haven't seen it recycle as yet, but it appears to be working well and the quality of water seems much better. The system that was replaced was a Fleck system from 1982 that lasted until the end of 2011 (29 years)! I hope our new system is equally as good. The service from Quality Water For Less was easy, and fast delivery delivery! I do recommend them!

Thank you so much for the quick shipment and great service on the phone. I was programming my Fleck 5600sxt and could not remember the previous step number or how to get back to check it. I called Quality Water For Less and talked to [My Rep]. In just three or four minutes he walked me through the whole set up. Everything works great and the price was great too. Thank you!

I just finished installing my new Fleck 5600SCT and could not be happier with the service and assistance I received from Quality Water For Less. I spoke to [Customer Service] when I was just trying to learn about the systems and he never once tried to pressure me into a purchase. He answered each and every one of my questions so that I could continue to investigate. Once I order my product, I call back a couple of times during the installation and was given clear and concise directions, and always with a friendly reply. I am fairly handy, but I certainly don't install water softeners on a regular basis. The assistance I received from Quality made it easy!! I would do business with this company again.
