The valve boasts fewer parts than comparable systems, meaning easy
service, and long-lasting reliability. Also, since the ProLine is a
full 1" valve, you can expect high flow rates and less pressure drop
than comparable 3/4" valve systems.

Electronic control:
The
ProLine Meter valve features advanced electronics for easy
programming and minimal parts. Switches, cycle cams, wiring harnesses
and wire nuts have been eliminated.
Water Softening Process:
Hard
water enters the water softener system. As it passes through the resin
inside the tank, the hard water minerals are attracted to the resin and
the water is softened to service the home. Regeneration Process When
the resin becomes saturated with hard water minerals, the water
softener system automatically goes into regeneration. This is the
process that frees the resin of hard water minerals, making it ready to
soften the water again. Brine water is drawn into the tank and rinses
the hard water minerals off the resin and down the drain. Once the
resin is free of hard water minerals, fresh water rinses the remaining
brine water out of the system leaving the system ready for service.
The ProLine Electronic Meter-Demand system can cut salt and water use by as much as 40%! Unlike timer-based systems, the meter-demand system regenerates only when necessary. Coupled with programmable regenerations, the ProLine can achieve even greater performance. The end result? Significant savings in both water and salt.**
